The inaugural PowerWomenNetwork summit was the outcome of intense conversations at one of the PowerWomenNetwork Leadership Retreats. The strategic intention was to bring together Power Women, allies and rising stars on the 10th anniversary of the PowerWomenNetwork, to explore the future of leadership in an AI‑driven world and to inspire the next generation of female leaders.
Once the concept was born, there was no turning back. Tanuja Randery, CBE, Managing Director, AWS EMEA and founder of PowerWomenNetwork, and Julia Streets, MBE, Founder and Chair of Streets Consulting, and an experienced conference host and moderator, supported by an expert team at Streets Consulting, curated and delivered a fantastic event on the 28th April 2026.
The Summit was aligned with four strategic areas of focus: Innovation, AI and Transformation; The Leadership Shift at Speed; Multi-Generational Insight and Influence; and Leading with Purpose, Transparency and Impact.
