Word on the Streets: March 2023 Updates

We are always keen to support and showcase the work of the many talented women we work with and what better way to do this than under the umbrella of International Women’s Day. This year’s motto couldn’t be more fitting for our sector: “DigitALL: Innovation and technology for gender equality”. We are increasingly encouraged by enlightened leaders who are embedding equity, diversity and inclusion into their commercial and talent strategies, not simply their DE&I activities. We applaud all you male allies out there and the fast growth companies who understand that corporate culture matters to attract and retain employees, but there’s still work to be done.
Personally, I want to take this opportunity toshine a light on female entrepreneurship as I look back at the 15 years since I launched Streets Consulting and share some of my experiences.
