Word on the Streets: International Women's Day

As part of International Women’s Day (IWD) this year, we wanted to show our appreciation for the incredibly talented women with whom we have the honour of working. IWD is a great opportunity to not only reflect on how far we’ve come, but also look ahead to what still needs to be done. Change is underway. Enlightened leaders are embedding equity, diversity and inclusion into their commercial and talent strategies, not simply their DE&I activities. Male allies matter and corporate culture makes the world of difference to attract and retain employees, but we still have a way to go.
