We fundraised for Street Child for this year’s event and were very grateful that every penny raised will be matched by Rise, created by Barclays. 

Street Child is a charity committed to providing educational opportunities for some of the world’s poorest children in the toughest-to-reach, low-resource environments and emergency situations. There are 121 million school-aged children in the world. Up to a third of the world’s out-of-school children live in disaster and conflict-affected countries – a percentage that is rising annually. Street Child believes that’s not acceptable and works hard to educate, protect and empower children in the firm belief that every child should be safe, in school and learning.
